Summary
When the countdown ends, all the states in a group merge into the state with the highest state code. Chiefs get Pioneering Points from missions to unlock chests, and alliances complete new monument missions.

Phases

  • Data adjustmentsDescriptionCity: teleported to a random place in the Icefield of the new state with a 24-hour Shield. Territory: the bonus expires and all alliance buildings are removed, with the resources refunded to the Alliance Storehouse. The Alliance HQ is ready at once in the new state. You can build 5 Alliance Banners at first, then unlock more: banners 6 to 10 take 2 hours each, 11 to 20 take 1 hour, 21 to 60 take 30 minutes, and 61 to 285 take 15 minutes. The old banner cap is not exceeded.
  • Facilities, strongholds, and fortressesDescriptionAll facilities become unoccupied when the countdown ends. All strongholds and fortresses become unoccupied once their occupation battles begin, and first occupation gives new rewards.
  • Castle battle and presidencyDescriptionPresidents and related posts become invalid and the Sunfire Castle Hall of Fame is cleared. A Castle Battle that Saturday decides the new President.
  • Other eventsDescriptionState of Power: if it is held the week after the merge, the new state can take part. Foundry Battle and Canyon Clash: alliances that already have the right to take part keep it, and the next event is only for the top 20 alliances of the merged state. Hero Rally: rewards in your old state are settled at once, and a new season begins. With Path of Honor you get the unclaimed rewards of every tier. Without it you get the tiers you reached.
  • NamesDescriptionDuplicate alliance tags are reset, and R4 and R5 members can change the tag once for free. Duplicate alliance names and chief names get the state code added in front. Chiefs also get a free Chief Rename Card by mail.

  • The Pioneering Praises missions run over 5 days: Day 1 Daily Login, Intel, and Beasts. Day 2 Rallies, Alliance Contribution, and Alliance Help. Day 3 Spend Gems, Research, and Gather Resources. Day 4 Alliance Gift, Nomadic Merchants, and Recruit Heroes. Day 5 Use Speedups, Training Troops, and Online Rewards.
